The boy together with his stable mate, country boy and club mate, Nicolus Jomo Mbhele, brought stability in Lioli FC and they ended up playing in the finals of People's Cup, and they unfortunately lost on penalties.
Thabang Khumalo was welcome home by Dr Letsebe Mohlamonyane, the advisor of TT Sports Consultants and Agency. The two had some discussions in relation to the boy's next move. There are several DSTV PSL Clubs and MFC (NFD) that have shown interest in the boy due to his brilliant exploits in Lesotho.
